Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has secured fresh orders worth ₹847 crore since its last disclosure on July 13, 2026, strengthening its order pipeline. The new contracts cover the supply of electro-optics, security operation centres, seekers, components, spares, and related services, according to the company's exchange filing. 

The order win comes shortly after the Navratna defence public sector undertaking reported its performance for the June quarter (Q1 FY27), supported by growth in both revenue and profitability. 

BEL Bags ₹847 Crore Worth of Fresh Orders 

As per the latest press release on July 31, 2026, it has received additional orders worth ₹847 crore across multiple defence and related segments. The contracts include: 

  • Electro-optics  

  • Security operation centres  

  • Seekers  

  • Components  

  • Spares  

  • Services  

The latest order inflow further strengthens the company's execution pipeline. 

BEL Q1 FY27 Financial Performance 

BEL reported a net profit of ₹1,048 crore in Q1 FY27, up 8% from ₹969 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. 

Revenue from operations increased 25% year-on-year to ₹5,533 crore, compared with ₹4,417 crore in Q1 FY26. 

The company also said its order book stood at ₹72,258 crore as of July 1, 2026, providing healthy revenue visibility for the coming quarters. 

BEL Shareholding Pattern 

As of June 2026, the Government of India remained the promoter with a 51.14% stake in the company. 

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) held 18.02%, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) owned 21.02%. 

BEL Share Price Performance 

As of July 31, 2026, BEL share price closed at ₹387.85 on the NSE, up 0.77% from the previous close of ₹384.90.  

During the trading session, the stock opened at ₹385.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹390.60 before settling at ₹387.85. 

Conclusion 

BEL has strengthened its order pipeline by securing ₹847 crore worth of fresh contracts across defence-related businesses. The company continues to maintain a strong execution pipeline.
