NCDs Carry 7.79% Interest
Each NCD has a face value of ₹1 lakh. The interest rate on these NCDs is 7.79% per year.
The first interest payment will be made on July 6, 2027. After that, payments will be made every year until the NCDs mature.

Loan Receivables Will Back the NCDs
The NCDs will be secured against Bajaj Finance's book debts and loan receivables.
All payments for the debentures, including principal, interest, trustee fees, and related costs, are backed by a shared first claim on the company's book debts and loan receivables. This backing will always cover at least 100% of the total outstanding value of the issued debentures.
