The coupon rate offered is 7.07% per annum, with the first coupon payment scheduled for September 21, 2026, and annually thereafter.
The repayment of the debentures, along with interest and other related payments, is secured by a first pari-passu charge on book debts or loan receivables.
This security cover will not be less than 1.00 times the aggregate outstanding value of the debentures.
