
Aye Finance share price (NSE: AYE ) surged as much as 15% on July 21, 2026, touching a new all-time high of ₹197.29 on the NSE. The rally came despite a weak broader market, with the company outlining its long-term growth strategy and business outlook.
At around 11:50 AM, the stock was trading at ₹194.46, up 13.41% from its previous close, while the Nifty 50 was down 0.29%. At this price, Aye Finance's market capitalisation stood at around ₹4,796 crore.
The sharp rise in the stock followed the release of the company's Vision & FAQs document along with a note from Managing Director Sanjay Sharma.

Aye Finance plans to strengthen relationships with existing customers by expanding its product offerings. In addition to business loans, the company intends to introduce products such as gold loans and affordable housing finance, aiming to meet the changing financial needs of micro entrepreneurs.
According to Managing Director Sanjay Sharma, the company's long-term vision is to become a trusted financial partner for small businesses as they grow.
Separately, the company informed stock exchanges that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 12,63,280 stock options to eligible employees under the Aye Finance ESOP 2024 scheme.
