Ather Energy Limited, a leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer in India, has expanded its service network to 500 authorised centres nationwide, in line with its growing retail footprint. The company has consistently ensured service availability in every city where its scooters are sold, reinforcing its focus on delivering a smooth and hassle-free EV ownership experience.
In addition to scaling its network, Ather continues to invest in improving service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Its Gold Service Centres feature modern customer lounges, advanced service tools, and streamlined processes aimed at enhancing transparency and reliability.
The company has also introduced its ExpressCare initiative, a 60-minute periodic maintenance service, now available at 82 centres, allowing customers to complete routine servicing quickly and conveniently. In FY26, Ather nearly doubled its service network, growing from 277 to 500 centres, significantly strengthening its after-sales capabilities.
Alongside service expansion, Ather is actively building India’s EV infrastructure through the Ather Grid. This fast-charging network, the largest for two-wheelers in the country, includes over 4,357 fast-charging points and neighbourhood chargers globally as of December 31, 2025, ensuring widespread and reliable charging access for its users.
Commenting on the milestone, Ravneet Singh Phokela, Chief Business Officer, Ather Energy, said, “Crossing 500 service centres is an important milestone as we continue to scale our retail footprint and customer base across the country. From the early days, we have focused on building service capacity alongside sales because reliable after-sales support is a core part of the overall ownership experience. As our presence grows, having a strong service network becomes even more critical. Our focus is on ensuring that riders have access to trained technicians, transparent processes, and consistent service quality wherever they are.
