This figure also marks a 31.5% QoQ increase from ₹1,185.49 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, Asian Paints Limited reported a total income of ₹36,307.34 crore. The net profit for the fiscal year was ₹4,394.69 crore, showcasing the company's robust financial performance over the year.
The company's commercial performance was primarily driven by its domestic core, where the flagship Decorative Business in India registered a volume growth of 9.0% and a robust value growth of 16.6% through calibrated pricing actions.
Complementing this trajectory, the group's industrial operations sustained mid-teen growth, with the PPGAP venture reporting net sales of ₹651.9 crore and the APPPG vertical generating revenues of ₹372.9 crore.
On the global front, the International Business grew 27.2% in rupee terms to hit ₹936.5 crore, led by units in Egypt, Nepal, and the Middle East, which successfully expanded margins despite localized geopolitical conflict headwinds.
Driven by measured price increases, a premium product mix, and disciplined internal expense management, the group's operating profitability accelerated faster than its sales pipeline.
Consolidated operating PBDIT grew by 33.5% to reach ₹2,168.8 crore, pushing the corporate PBDIT margin up by 240 basis points to settle at a highly efficient 20.6% of net sales.
This structural profitability extended directly to standalone operations, where net sales reached ₹9,156.47 crore and standalone profit after tax increased by 34.3% to touch ₹1,478.35 crore.
Meanwhile, within the emerging Home Décor portfolio, the Kitchen business grew 10.1% to ₹108.0 crore, helping compress its localized pre-tax loss to ₹0.3 crore.
