
Asahi India Glass has announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
The company has shown notable growth in total income and net profit for the quarter, while proposing a dividend for its shareholders.
In the March 2026 quarter, Asahi India Glass reported a total income of ₹1,362.98 crore, marking a 14.7% increase compared to ₹1,188.64 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Sequentially, this represents a 7.6% rise from ₹1,266.39 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The net profit for the March 2026 quarter stood at ₹132.61 crore, reflecting a 44.9% year-on-year growth from ₹91.54 crore and a 33.3% increase from ₹99.47 crore in the preceding quarter.
For the fiscal year 2025-26, Asahi India Glass recorded a total income of ₹5,031.03 crore, an 8.7% rise from ₹4,626.47 crore in FY25.
However, the net profit for FY26 decreased by 6.0% to ₹345.06 crore from ₹367.30 crore in the previous fiscal year.

The company has recommended a dividend of ₹2 per equity share with a face value of ₹1 for the financial year 2025-26.
This proposal is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
As of May 27, 2026, at 2:16 PM, Asahi India Glass share price on NSE was trading at ₹921.50 up by 3.35% from the previous closing price.
Asahi India Glass has demonstrated robust quarterly growth in both income and profit, despite a slight annual decline in net profit for FY26. The proposed dividend reflects the company's commitment to delivering value to its shareholders.
