During FY26, Ajmera Realty launched four new projects: Ajmera Manhattan 2, 33Fifteen, Ajmera Solis, and Ajmera Vann, with an estimated gross development value of ₹3,088 crore.
These projects demonstrated high absorption rates, validating the company's product-market fit and supporting sustained sales growth.
The company's flagship developments, including Ajmera Manhattan 1, Greenfinity, Vihara, Iris, and Manhattan 2, continued to attract robust buyer interest.
Inventory sold levels ranged from 95% to 50%, highlighting the strong trust and brand equity Ajmera Realty commands in the market.
