
Affle 3i Limited has announced that its wholly owned step-down subsidiary, Affle MEA FZ-LLC (AMEA), has entered into a definitive Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire AdColony assets from Digital Turbine, Inc.
The acquisition is aimed at expanding Affle's consumer platform business and enhancing its capabilities in mobile advertising technology.
The transaction involves the acquisition of strategic AdColony assets through AMEA, a subsidiary of Affle International Pte. Ltd.
The deal has been structured as an asset purchase and does not include customer contracts.
According to the company's disclosure, the acquisition will be completed for a fixed consideration of $4.7 million.
The amount will be paid upfront in cash, and the transaction is expected to be completed within seven business days.
The acquired assets include the AdColony Software Development Kit (SDK) for iOS and Android devices, technology platforms, existing integrations with in-app publishers and mediation platforms, brand rights, domain names, and related goodwill.
AMEA will receive worldwide rights to use these assets.
The company noted that AdColony is a well-recognized brand in the mobile advertising ecosystem with established industry relationships.
Affle believes the acquisition could help strengthen its presence and market penetration in developed markets.

As of 15 June 2026, at 1:30 PM, Affle 3i share price was trading at ₹1,516.80 per share, reflecting a surge of 4.87% from the previous close.
Affle 3i's acquisition of AdColony assets for $4.7 million will add mobile advertising technology assets, publisher integrations, brand rights, and SDK capabilities to its consumer platform business. The transaction is expected to be completed within seven business days.
