On a QoQ basis, net profit rose by 16.2% from ₹54.01 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Aether Industries reported a total income of ₹1,181.07 crore. The net profit for the year stood at ₹219.46 crore. These figures highlight the company's financial performance over the year, demonstrating its growth trajectory.

On an independent, standalone operational tracking level, the company generated a total income of ₹266.37 crore against ₹217.52 crore in the previous year's first quarter.
Core standalone revenue from operations reached ₹256.51 crore, and other corporate income channels brought in ₹9.86 crore.
Standalone operating expenditures totaled ₹200.47 crore, with material expenses sitting at ₹138.56 crore and employee benefits costs registered at ₹18.87 crore.
After a current tax charge of ₹9.17 crore and a deferred tax outgo of ₹8.41 crore, the standalone profit after tax finalized at ₹28.31 crore, compared to ₹20.14 crore in the identical quarter last year. This operational turnaround generated a basic standalone EPS of ₹3.64.
The Board of Directors approved the long-term re-appointment of founding promoter Mr. Ashwin Desai as the Managing Director of the company for a consecutive five-year tenure beginning October 1, 2026.
Parallelly, the board confirmed the re-appointment of Ms. Purnima Desai, Mr. Rohan Desai, and Dr. Aman Desai as Whole-time Directors for a matching five-year duration.
