
Aegis Logistics Limited has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The company has reported a significant increase in total income and net profit for the quarter, reflecting strong financial performance.
For the quarter ending March 31, 2026, Aegis Logistics recorded a total income of ₹2,681.73 crore, marking a 51.5% increase from ₹1,770.45 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Compared to the December 2025 quarter, the income increased by 48.5% from ₹1,806.10 crore.
The net profit for the March 2026 quarter rose by 43% year-on-year to ₹454.62 crore, up from ₹317.81 crore.
Sequentially, the net profit increased by 95.4% from ₹232.63 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Aegis Logistics reported a total income of ₹8,659.79 crore, a 24.2% increase from ₹6,972.15 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for the year stood at ₹1,106.63 crore, reflecting a 40.5% rise from ₹787.41 crore in the prior year.
The company has recommended a final dividend of 670%, equating to ₹6.70 per share with a face value of ₹1 each, for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
This recommendation is subject to approval by members at the upcoming 69th Annual General Meeting. Details regarding the date of the meeting, the record date for dividend payment, and the payment date will be announced in due course.
