Advait Energy Transitions Limited has been identified as the lowest (L1) bidder for a turnkey contract issued by Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL). The confirmation was received on April 9, 2026, and disclosed in an exchange filing a day later.
The project falls under works to be executed within DGVCL’s jurisdiction, linked to the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana-2 (VKY-2) scheme and related programmes.
The contract involves supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV 55mm² AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC). The scope also includes associated accessories and the addition of poles where required.
As outlined in the filing, PSC/RSJ poles will be provided by DGVCL. However, accessories linked to these poles remain within the contractor’s responsibilities.
The company has not yet received the Letter of Intent (LoI) or final work order. It stated that disclosures required under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements will be made once formal confirmation is issued.
L1 status indicates that the company has quoted the lowest price in the bidding process. Final allocation is subject to procedural steps and approvals.
Earlier in April, Advait Energy Transitions reported the closure of its wholly owned subsidiary, Advait Energy Holdings AS, based in Norway. The entity was wound up with effect from March 31, 2026.
As of April 13, 2026, at 10:18 am, Advait Energy Transitions Ltd share price was trading at ₹1,912.55, up 2.54% from the previous closing price.
