Aditya Birla Real Estate Announces Early Redemption of ₹250 Crore Debentures

Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd has announced that it will exercise its call option for the early redemption of its ₹250 crore non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The redemption pertains to 25,000 listed, rated, senior, unsecured, redeemable NCDs, each carrying a face value of ₹1 lakh, issued through a private placement under ISIN INE055A08078.

Regulatory Compliance and Trust Deed Terms

The company stated that this action is in accordance with the amended debenture trust deed dated March 30, 2026, as well as the original trust deed executed on March 1, 2024. In line with this, a formal notice dated April 9, 2026, has been issued to SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd, the debenture trustee, along with all eligible debenture holders, informing them of the planned early redemption.

Redemption Date and Payout Details

The NCDs are scheduled to be redeemed on May 4, 2026, which has been designated as the call option date. On this date, investors will receive the full redemption amount, including principal, accrued interest (coupon), and any applicable premium, as per the terms agreed in the issuance documents.

Additionally, the company has set April 17, 2026, as the record date to determine the list of eligible debenture holders entitled to receive the interest payout and participate in the early redemption process.
