Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has reported a robust financial performance for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. The company witnessed significant growth in both total income and net profit, reflecting its strong operational capabilities. 

Adani Ports Q4 FY26 Earnings Results 

In the March 2026 quarter, Adani Ports' total income increased by 31% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹11,489.45 crore, up from ₹8,769.63 crore in the same quarter the previous year. The quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth was 15.6%, rising from ₹9,938.67 crore in December 2025. 

Net profit for the March 2026 quarter also saw an upward trend, growing by 9.4% YoY to ₹3,308.30 crore from ₹3,023.10 crore a year earlier. Compared to the December 2025 quarter, net profit increased by 8.7%, up from ₹3,042.93 crore. 

Annual Financial Highlights for FY26 

For the financial year 2025-26, Adani Ports reported a total income of ₹40,854.36 crore, marking a 26.2% increase from ₹32,383.08 crore in the previous year.  

The net profit for FY26 rose by 15.6% YoY to ₹12,782.03 crore, compared to ₹11,061.26 crore in FY25. 

Dividend Announcement 

The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share of ₹2 each, fully paid-up, for the financial year 2025-26. This represents a 375% dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). 

The company has set June 12, 2026, as the record date for determining the entitlement of members to receive the dividend. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after June 25, 2026, subject to tax deductions as applicable.

As of April 30, 2026, at 1:56 PM, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone share price on NSE was trading at ₹1,629.60 down by 1.90% from the previous closing price.
