Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. (APSEZ) handled 46.3 million metric tonnes (MMT) of cargo in July 2026, registering a 15% year-on-year (YoY) increase, as per the exchange filings.  

The company attributed the growth to higher volumes across all cargo categories, including dry cargo.  

July 2026 Cargo Volume Grows 15% YoY 

During July 2026, APSEZ handled 46.3 MMT of cargo, reflecting 15% YoY growth. The increase was supported by growth across all cargo segments, with dry cargo volumes rising 21% YoY.  

Year-to-Date Cargo Handling Reaches 184.4 MMT 

For the year-to-date (YTD) period ending July 2026, the company handled 184.4 MMT of cargo, up 15% YoY. The growth was led by container volumes, which increased 15% YoY, and dry cargo, which also grew 15% YoY.  

Rail Logistics Volumes Update 

Logistics rail volumes stood at 51,020 TEUs during July 2026, increasing 5% sequentially but declining 16% YoY. On a YTD basis, rail logistics volumes were 196,330 TEUs, down 18% YoY.
