
Adani Enterprises Limited has completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited (FSSPL) through its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Limited (ADSTL), as per the exchange filings.
The transaction increases ADSTL's ownership in FSSPL from 55.40% to 100%, making the company a wholly owned subsidiary.
The acquisition covers the remaining 44.6% equity stake in FSSPL, which was held by the existing shareholders.
The company completed the transaction in accordance with the terms of the previously signed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), giving ADSTL complete ownership of the defence simulation business.
With the completion of the acquisition, Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited has officially become a wholly owned subsidiary of ADSTL.
In addition, Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited (FSTC), a subsidiary of FSSPL, has also become a wholly owned subsidiary of ADSTL following the transaction.
Adani Enterprises had informed the stock exchanges on July 16, 2026, about the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire the remaining stake in FSSPL. The company had also shared detailed information about the proposed transaction in its earlier regulatory filing.
The company has now confirmed that its subsidiary, ADSTL, received intimation on August 4, 2026, regarding the completion of the acquisition, marking the successful closure of the transaction.

As of 05 August 2026, at 12:23 PM, Adani Enterprises Limited share price was trading at ₹3,047 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.098% from the previous trading session.
The completion of the acquisition concludes Adani Enterprises' plan to take full ownership of Flight Simulation Solutions through ADSTL. As a result, both FSSPL and its subsidiary FSTC now operate as wholly owned subsidiaries within the Adani Defence business.
