Adani Enterprises Ltd has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL), has incorporated AAHL Global IFSC Ltd, a new wholly owned subsidiary focused on treasury and finance operations, as per an exchange filing dated August 5, 2026.  

The entity was incorporated on 16 July 2026, while the certificate of incorporation was received on 5 August 2026.  

Treasury Centre Under IFSCA Framework 

According to the regulatory filing, AAHL Global IFSC Ltd will operate as a Global Treasury Centre under the IFSCA (Finance Company) Regulations, 2021.  

The company has been incorporated in the financial services segment and will undertake treasury and finance-related activities permitted under the International Financial Services Centres Authority framework. The filing also stated that no additional government or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation.  

Capital and Shareholding Details 

AAHL Global IFSC Ltd has been incorporated with a paid-up share capital of ₹5 lakh, consisting of 50,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The shares have been subscribed in cash at face value. 

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd holds 100% of the share capital, making the company a wholly owned subsidiary of AAHL and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations and the applicable SEBI circular governing material events.  

The filing outlined the entity's incorporation date, business activity, ownership structure, mode of subscription, and capital details as part of the mandatory disclosure requirements.
