
Adani Enterprises Limited has announced its intention to form a strategic alliance with Jabil Inc. to establish an integrated AI and data centre infrastructure manufacturing platform in India.
The proposed alliance aims to cater to the growing demand for AI-ready data centre hardware and infrastructure solutions in domestic and international markets.
The proposed collaboration combines Jabil's engineering and manufacturing expertise with Adani Group's infrastructure, logistics, green energy portfolio, and expanding data centre operations.
The companies intend to create a vertically integrated platform focused on AI and data centre infrastructure manufacturing.
Under the proposed platform, the companies plan to deploy multi-gigawatt AI rack manufacturing capacity in India.
The facilities are expected to support the production of next-generation liquid-cooled AI racks, servers, storage systems, and networking equipment for hyperscalers, enterprises, and colocation providers.
The alliance will also target manufacturing of key infrastructure components including power distribution units, coolant distribution units, transformers, switchgears, bus bars, and thermal management systems.
The companies aim to provide an integrated hardware ecosystem covering multiple aspects of AI data centre deployment.

As of 16 June 2026, at 11:20 AM, Adani Enterprises share price was trading at ₹2,968.90 per share, reflecting a surge of 0.90% from the previous close.
