Each of the 4 subsidiaries has been established with a paid-up share capital of ₹10,00,000, consisting of 1,00,000 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 per share.
The entire shareholding of these entities is held by Adani Airport City Limited, ensuring complete control over their operations.
