
Adani Enterprises Limited has successfully completed its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) issue, raising ₹15,000 crore, as per the exchange filings.
The company allocated 5,20,29,136 equity shares at an issue price of ₹2,883 per share, including a premium of ₹2,882 per share.
The QIP issue opened on July 2, 2026, and concluded on July 7, 2026. The shares were issued at a discount of ₹151.68, or 5%, on the floor price of ₹3,034.68.
The allocation was made to eligible qualified institutional buyers, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.
The paid-up equity share capital of Adani Enterprises increased from ₹1,30,13,82,117.25 to ₹1,35,34,11,253.25 following this issue. This includes 1,35,29,49,234 fully paid-up equity shares and 7,73,366 partly paid-up equity shares.
Among the major allottees, SBI Mutual Funds received a total of 79,77,800 shares, accounting for 15.33% of the total issue size.
New World Fund Inc was allocated 70,64,242 shares, representing 13.58% of the issue.
EUPAC Fund received 37,83,058 shares, making up 7.27% of the total issue.
