
ACME Solar Holdings Ltd. has secured ₹3,404.57 crore in long-term project funding from Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) for the development and construction of its ACME Urja One (Phase-III) 250 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project, as per the exchange filings. PFC will act as the sole lender for the project.
The funding carries a 19-year repayment tenor and takes ACME Solar's total project funding raised during the current financial year to ₹6,051 crore.
The company said the project has a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NHPC Ltd. at a tariff of ₹4.33 per unit, which has already been approved by the Central and State regulators.
The 250 MW FDRE project will integrate solar, wind and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) technologies. It spans Fategarh-II in Rajasthan and Jamkhambhaliya in Gujarat, with the company stating that development is progressing as scheduled and commissioning is expected next year.
ACME Solar Holdings Limited is a leading integrated renewable energy player with a diversified portfolio of 8,070 MW spanning solar, wind, storage, FDRE and hybrid solutions and an operational contracted capacity of 2,990 MW and ~3.62 GWh of BESS capacity and under-construction contracted capacity of 5,080 MW. The under-construction PPA-signed portfolio stands at 3,880 MW.
As of July 29, 2026, at 12:30 PM, ACME Solar share price was trading at ₹365.25 per share, reflecting a surge of 2.75% from the previous trading session.
