ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced the commissioning of additional capacity under its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Rajasthan through its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Sun Power Private Limited.
The newly commissioned capacity will commence commercial operations from June 14, 2026.
The company has commissioned 33.331 MW/120.384 MWh of BESS capacity at its project located in Phalodi and Jodhpur districts of Rajasthan.
According to the company, the commissioning was completed on June 12, 2026.
ACME Solar stated that the Commercial Operation Date (COD) for the newly commissioned capacity has been scheduled for June 14, 2026.
The project is being operated through ACME Sun Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Following the latest commissioning, ACME Sun Power Private Limited has achieved a total commissioned battery energy storage capacity of 300 MW / 1404.320 MWh.
The milestone further expands the company's operational energy storage portfolio.
The BESS project is located at Village Badi Sid in Rajasthan's Phalodi and Jodhpur regions.
Battery energy storage systems play a key role in supporting grid stability and enhancing the integration of renewable energy into the power network.

As of 12 June 2026, ACME Solar Holdings share price was closed at ₹335.00 per share, reflecting a gain of 0.16% from the previous close.
With the commissioning of an additional 33.331 MW/120.384 MWh capacity in Rajasthan, ACME Solar's total operational battery energy storage capacity has reached 300 MW / 1404.320 MWh through its subsidiary ACME Sun Power Private Limited.
