ACME Solar Holdings Limited has advanced its wind energy project in Gujarat with the commissioning of additional capacity, signalling continued execution progress as the project moves closer to full completion.
ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited has operationalised an additional 8 MW of wind power capacity as part of its 100 MW project located in Titoda village, Sayla taluka, Surendranagar district, Gujarat.
This latest addition takes the project’s commissioned capacity to 84 MW, reflecting a steady ramp-up in line with the company’s phased execution strategy.
The incremental scale-up highlights continued progress in bringing generation assets online within planned timelines.
The commissioning has been verified by officials from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL), indicating compliance with operational and technical requirements.
The company noted that formal certification for the commissioned capacity is expected to be issued shortly, which will complete the procedural validation for the newly operational units.
The latest update builds on a series of prior commissioning milestones disclosed over recent months. The staggered capacity additions point to a calibrated execution model, enabling gradual integration of assets while maintaining operational stability.
With a substantial portion of the project now operational, the remaining capacity is relatively limited, placing the project in the final stretch of completion.
The near-completion of the Gujarat wind project reinforces ACME’s broader renewable energy strategy, with continued emphasis on scaling operational capacity through disciplined execution.
As additional capacity becomes operational, the project is expected to contribute more meaningfully to the company’s overall generation base, aligning with its long-term clean energy expansion plans.
