
ACME Solar Holdings Limited announced that its board of directors has approved an interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26. The decision was taken at a board meeting held on January 29, 2026, alongside the approval of the company’s unaudited financial results for the December quarter and the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025.
The board has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.20 per equity share, representing 10% of the face value of ₹2 per share. The dividend relates to the financial year 2025–26 and will be paid to eligible shareholders in accordance with statutory timelines.
ACME Solar has fixed Friday, February 6, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend. The payout will be subject to applicable tax deductions or withholding, in line with prevailing regulations.
Along with the dividend decision, the board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. These results were reviewed by the company’s audit committee before being recommended for board approval. The financial statements have been made available on the company’s website.
