
ABB India announced its financial results for the April–June quarter (Q2 CY2026), reporting record order inflows, strong revenue growth and improved operating profitability. The company also declared a special dividend of ₹90 per equity share following the Robotics business divestment and its operational performance during the first half of CY2026.
ABB India received orders worth ₹4,363 crore during Q2 CY2026, a 50% increase from ₹2,917 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
For the first half of CY2026, total orders stood at ₹8,643 crore, up 36% year-on-year. The company's order backlog also grew 22% to ₹11,898 crore, providing strong visibility for future business.
ABB India reported revenue of ₹3,559 crore for Q2 CY2026, an increase of 21% from ₹2,940 crore in Q2 CY2025.
Operational EBITA rose 23% year-on-year to ₹461 crore, while the operational EBITA margin improved to 13.0%.

For the first half of CY2026, PAT stood at ₹712 crore, while EPS reached ₹33.61.
The Board of Directors declared a special dividend of ₹90 per equity share with a face value of ₹2.
The company said the special dividend reflects the proceeds received from the Robotics business divestment as well as the strong operational performance during the first half of CY2026.
Sanjeev Sharma, Country Managing Director of ABB India, said the record order inflows reflected customers' confidence in the company's technology and execution capabilities.
He added that ABB India enters the second half of CY2026 with a healthy order backlog and a strong pipeline of opportunities. According to the company, India's continued investments in infrastructure, manufacturing, electrification, digitalisation and the energy transition are expected to support long-term growth.

On July 31, 2026, ABB India share price (NSE: ABB) was closed at ₹7,244.00, down 0.65% or ₹47.50 for the day. The stock opened at ₹7,350.50 and touched an intraday high of ₹7,485.00, while falling to a low of ₹7,201.50 during the session.
