Sagility India Share Price Hits 52-Week High; Extends 5-Session Gains

On December 23, 2024, Sagility India’s share price traded 0.20% lower at ₹45.08 at 10:10 AM on the NSE, after opening at ₹47, higher than its previous close of ₹45.17. Today, the stock reached its 52-week high of ₹47.00. Sagility India extends its 5-session gains, having risen by 6.42% from ₹41.74 on December 16, 2024, to ₹44.37 on December 20, 2024.
Q2 FY25 Earnings
Sagility India reported a jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹117.34 crore, driven by a 21.10% rise in revenue from operations to ₹1,325 crore in Q2 FY25 compared to Q2 FY24.
Profit before tax for Q2 FY25 stood at ₹160.42 crore, against ₹43.37 crore in Q2 FY24.
Total expenses rose by 9.27% year-on-year to ₹1,180 crore during the quarter. Employee benefits expense reached ₹812.43 crore, up 19.38% YoY, while finance costs decreased by 38.49% to ₹29.70 crore in Q2 FY25.
On a half-year basis, the company’s net profit increased by 80.27% to ₹139.64 crore, with a 15.30% rise in revenue from operations to ₹2,548.4 crore in H1 FY25 compared to H1 FY24.
Sagility India IPO Listing
Sagility India made a modest debut on the stock exchanges on November 12, following the completion of its initial public offering (IPO). The shares opened at ₹31.06 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), representing a 3.53% premium over the IPO allotment price of ₹30. Similarly, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the shares were listed at ₹31.06, reflecting the same 3.53% premium.
