PNB Housing Finance Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved the final dividend of ₹5 per equity share of ₹10 face value for the financial year 2024-2025. 

PNB Housing Finance Final Dividend Record Date

The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive this dividend has been fixed as Friday, August 1, 2025. The company stated that the dividend payout is subject to the approval of shareholders at the company’s 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

PNB Housing Finance FY 2025 Financial Highlights

During FY25, the company reported a 25% year-on-year growth in disbursements, reaching ₹21,972 crore. In Q4 FY25 alone, disbursements rose 23% YoY and 27% QoQ to ₹6,854 crore. Notably, the Affordable and Emerging Market segment contributed 40% to the retail disbursements in the fourth quarter, highlighting the company's strategic focus on inclusive lending.

Asset quality also improved, with Gross NPA declining by 42 basis points to 1.08% as of March 31, 2025, compared to 1.50% a year ago. Recovery from the written-off pool remained strong, with total recoveries amounting to ₹336 crore in FY25. The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY25 stood at ₹1,936 crore, reflecting a 28% increase from ₹1,508 crore in FY24.

PNB Housing Finance Share Price Performance

On July 30, 2025, PNB Housing Finance share price (NSE: PNBHOUSING) opened at ₹1,014.70 and closed at ₹985.80, down by 2.04%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹984.40.

Conclusion 

The company's last dividend declaration was a final dividend of ₹9 per share, with a record date of July 19, 2019. With the newly approved dividend, shareholders can anticipate continued returns.
