KNR Constructions Share Price Up 10%; Q2 FY25 PAT Up 4-Fold to ₹585 Crore

KNR Constructions saw a 275% year-on-year increase in EBITDA, reaching ₹870 crore in the July-September quarter. Additionally, the company experienced an expansion in margins, which surged by 2,242 basis points (bps) to 44.7% during the same quarter.
In October 2024, KNR Constructions Ltd. entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with JKM Infra Projects Limited and/or Mr. Gaurav Jalan (Promoter and Director of JKM Infra Projects Limited), for a transaction valued at ₹4.59 million, dated October 29, 2024.
