Kaynes Technology Share Price Hits 52-Wk High; Up for the 2nd Straight Day

On December 20, 2024, Kaynes Technology’s share price rose by 0.83%, trading at ₹7,303.05 on the NSE by 11 AM. The stock opened at ₹7,376.40, higher than the previous close of ₹7,242.75. The share price gained nearly 2% yesterday, and today’s uptick to ₹7,782.20 marks the fourth consecutive session of reaching a fresh 52-week high.
Kaynes Technology Expands into Semiconductors
Earlier this week, as per news reports, Kaynes Technology is eyeing entry into the semiconductor industry. The company is in the process of setting up a semiconductor manufacturing facility, with plans to begin commercial production in early 2025.
This move aligns with its goal of transitioning from an assembler to a fully integrated player in the sector.
Kaynes’ Sensonic Acquisition
Earlier this month, Kaynes Technology said it has acquired a 54% controlling stake in Austria-based Sensonic, a move aimed at enhancing its railway infrastructure management using AI and fiber optic sensing technology.
This acquisition expands Kaynes’ presence in global infrastructure tech markets and integrates Sensonic’s Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) solutions with the company’s IoT expertise.
