Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. is raising Rs. 200 crore through NCDs
After board approval, Kalpataru Projects International plans to issue non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to raise Rs 200 crore. Twenty thousand NCDs, each with a face value of Rs one million, will be issued as part of the project. The BSE’s Wholesale Debt Market Segment is anticipated to list these NCDs.
The issuance of Rs 200 crore worth of unsecured, rated, listed, and redeemable NCDs on a private placement basis was approved by the board meeting on Wednesday. The goal of this action is to improve Kalpataru Projects International’s financial situation. The issue size could reach Rs 200 crore over one or more tranches, according to the company’s filing, which would be a major step in its operational and expansion strategy.
Finance for Q1 of FY25 for Kalpataru Projects International Ltd
The consolidated net profit of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. decreased 19.1% to Rs 93 crore in Q1 FY25 despite an 8.2% increase in net sales to Rs 4,587 crore in Q1 FY24.

Kalpataru Projects International share price is currently Rs. 1,276.10 per share, up from Rs. 1,286.95 at the previous high, and it is showing a strong move toward the 52-week high.
