HUL’s share price reached a 52-week high of ₹3,034.50 on September 23, 2024, and a 52-week low of ₹2,170.25 on April 16, 2024. As per BSE, the total traded volume for the stock stood at 0.62 lakh shares with a turnover of ₹14.63 crore.
At the current price, HUL shares are trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 54.58x, based on its trailing 12-month earnings per share (EPS) of ₹42.88, and a price-to-book (P/B) ratio of 10.89, according to exchange data.
Shareholding Details
As of December 31, 2024, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) held an 11.43% stake in HUL shares, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) owned 14.67%, and the promoters held 61.90%.
HUL Q2 FY25 Results
Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) reported a year-on-year decline in its Q2 FY25 consolidated net profit, which stood at ₹2,591 crore, compared to ₹2,668 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
However, the company’s consolidated revenue for the quarter rose by 2.1% to ₹16,145 crore.
FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) is expected to report subdued results for the quarter ending December 2024 today on January 22, 2025, as demand remains weaker than anticipated. Although rural growth is slowly improving, urban demand continues to face pressure.
