The company announced the signing of Joint Development Agreements for Brigade Citadel 2 and Brigade Citadel 3 projects on July 29, 2025. These developments are spread across 10 acres of prime land in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad, featuring a total development potential of approximately 1 million square feet.
The projects carry an estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹970 crore and will comprise 405 thoughtfully designed luxury residences. Both developments will offer spacious 3 and 4 BHK homes within low-rise, exclusive enclaves designed to create serene community living experiences.
According to Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, this expansion represents a strategic step in the company's scalable and sustainable growth in Hyderabad, identified as one of their key focus markets in South India. The projects aim to deliver high-quality, premium living experiences while creating lasting communities and iconic landmarks.
