Techno Electric Partners with IndiGrid for Transmission Project Development

Techno Electric & Engineering Company has entered into a strategic partnership with IndiGrid to jointly develop 2 greenfield Interstate Transmission System (ISTS) projects. Under this collaboration, Techno Electric will invest minority capital in IndiGrid’s Ishanagar Power Transmission Limited (IPTL) and Dhule Power Transmission Limited (DPTL) projects.

Moreover, Techno Electric will assume full responsibility for executing these projects on a Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) basis. This partnership leverages the strengths of both companies, combining IndiGrid’s financial resources and project development expertise with Techno Electric’s EPC capabilities.

This strategic alliance is expected to accelerate the development of critical transmission infrastructure, support India’s growing energy needs, and promote renewable energy integration.
