Dixon Share Price Rises; Posted Q1 FY26 Results with Revenue Up 95% YoY, PAT Jumps 100%

Revenue and Profit Surge
For Q1 FY26, Dixon reported Revenue from Operations of ₹12,838 crore, nearly doubling with a 95% YoY increase compared to ₹6,588 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA stood at ₹484 crore, up 89% YoY, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose 103% YoY to ₹366 crore. Net Profit surged 100% YoY to ₹280 crore, compared to ₹140 crore in Q1 FY25.
The PBT margin came in at 2.9%, up 20 bps YoY, while the PAT margin improved to 2.2%, gaining 10 bps over the prior year. The company maintained healthy returns, with ROE (adjusted) at 33.9% and ROCE at 49.1% as of March 31, 2025.
Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Metrics
Dixon reported a free cash flow of ₹57 crore, a sharp turnaround from negative ₹124 crore in Q1 FY25. Net working capital days improved to (4) days, showing operational efficiency, though net debt stood at ₹(214) crore, slightly up from March levels.
The results include other income and gains, including the fair value impact of Dixon’s 6.5% stake in Aditya Infotech Ltd. Adjusted metrics reflect sustained core growth despite market volatility.
