The PM-Kisan 21st instalment has been released by the Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today. Farmers in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Uttarakhand are the main recipients of this instalment. The early release is aimed at helping farmers affected by recent floods and landslides in these states.
Over 27 lakh farmers, including approximately 2.7 lakh women farmers, have received direct bank transfers totalling more than Rs 540 crore. The state-wise details are as follows:

During the event, Minister Chouhan emphasised that the ₹2,000 instalment will support farmers in meeting household needs, purchasing seeds and fertilisers for the next sowing cycle, and restoring confidence to continue cultivation.
