Enter your personal details. Use the old or incorrect surname at this stage so the system can match your existing PAN.
Select Submit Digitally Through e-KYC & e-Sign.
Enter the last four digits of your Aadhaar and tick the box for details you want to correct.
Fill in your updated surname and other required information.
Most fields are filled automatically. Choose Copy of PAN as the proof for PAN details.
Make the payment online.
Authenticate using your Aadhaar number and OTP.
A digitally signed PDF of your application will be generated.
You will usually receive the updated e-PAN within a few hours. If you request a physical PAN card, it will be delivered to your address.
