Ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections, former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal unveiled the ‘Mahila Samman Yojana,’ a welfare scheme aimed at financially supporting women in Delhi. Under this initiative, the Delhi government will provide ₹1,000 to women every month. Kejriwal assured that if the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) wins the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, this amount will be increased to ₹2,100 per month.
