The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has announced a temporary suspension of services on its member portal from June 26 to June 28, 2026, due to a scheduled system migration and technology upgrade.
According to EPFO, the organisation is carrying out database consolidation and upgrading its claims processing software to improve service delivery, enhance processing efficiency, and provide a better user experience.
The upgrade is aimed at making EPFO services faster, more reliable, and more secure for subscribers.
The temporary service disruption will begin at:

The retirement fund body expects all services to be restored by:
12:00 AM on June 29, 2026
Members are advised to complete any urgent claim-related activities before the downtime begins.
Even though the portal will be unavailable, members can still access key EPF information through other channels.

Search for EPFO services.
Select "Employee Centric Services."
Use the "Track Claim" option by entering your UAN and OTP.
Members can send a "Hello" message to their regional EPFO WhatsApp number to access information and support in multiple languages.
Subscribers can give a missed call from their registered mobile number to:

The call will disconnect automatically, and users will receive details about their EPF balance and latest contribution.
Send: EPFOHO UAN to 7738299899 from your registered mobile number.
Members can receive EPF details in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi and Kannada.
