Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited announced that its subsidiary, Paras Anti-Drone Technologies Private Limited, has received a Letter of Intent from Cerbair, a French leader in anti-drone solutions.
Cerbair’s Letter of Intent acknowledges Paras Anti-Drone’s rapid development of the CHIMERA 200 project, which integrates advanced drone jamming technology. The French defence technology leader has committed to procuring 30 of these units, which are valued at approximately €2.2 million (₹22.21 crore).
This development significantly boosts Paras Defence’s presence in the global defence tech landscape and highlights the growing demand for indigenous anti-drone systems in international markets.
The transaction marks one of the most significant international orders for Paras Anti-Drone Technologies since its formation, reflecting both technological capability and export-readiness of India’s defence sector.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies will have a stock split, with shares of face value ₹10 being split into shares of face value 5. The ex date for the split is July 4. The last day to purchase shares and be eligible is Tuesday, July 3. This is the first-ever stock split by Paras Defence. The defence engineering firm has declared a 1:2 stock split in April, as well as its first-ever dividend of ₹0.50 per share during its fourth quarter earnings.
