PGIM India Mutual Fund Temporarily Halts Subscriptions for 3 International Funds

PGIM India Mutual Fund has announced a temporary stop on accepting new investments across three of its international fund-of-fund offerings. The pause takes effect from the close of business hours on November 17, 2025, and covers schemes investing in global equities and real estate securities.
Schemes Affected by the Temporary Suspension
The suspension applies to the PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund, PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund, and PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund. During the suspension period, the fund house will not accept fresh lumpsum purchases, switch-ins, or new registrations for SIPs, STPs, or IDCW Transfer Plans.
Transactions That Will Continue Unaffected
PGIM India Mutual Fund has clarified that ongoing SIPs, STPs, and IDCW Transfer Plans already registered will continue to be executed as scheduled. The announcement also confirms that redemptions, switch-outs, inter-plan or inter-option switches, and new SWP registrations remain fully allowed and will be processed without interruption.
The temporary measure is limited to new subscription-related transactions and does not restrict investors’ ability to redeem or manage their existing holdings.
