NFO Alert: Quantum Mutual Fund Launches Quantum Flexi Cap Fund

Quantum Mutual Fund has opened the New Fund Offer (NFO) for its Quantum Flexi Cap Fund on 21 August 2026. The subscription window will close on 4 September 2026.
The scheme is an open-ended equity fund under the flexi-cap category. Investors can invest in the fund during the NFO period, with the minimum investment set at ₹500.
Investment Mandate
The fund is to invest in companies across large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap segments. Its stated objective is to generate long-term capital appreciation through a diversified equity portfolio.
Unlike funds focused on a single market-cap category, a flexi-cap scheme can invest across different company sizes. The final allocation will depend on the investment decisions made under the scheme’s mandate.
Benchmark and Risk Level
The Quantum Flexi Cap Fund will use the BSE 500 Total Return Index (TRI) as its benchmark. The index covers companies across a broad section of the Indian equity market.
The scheme has been marked as carrying a ‘Very High’ risk under the riskometer. This indicates that the fund is exposed to equity market movements and may see changes in value based on market conditions.
Fund Management
Chirag Mehta and Ketan Gujarathi have been appointed as the fund managers for the scheme. They will be responsible for managing investments made under the fund’s stated strategy.
The NFO is available under the growth plan. There is no lock-in period specified for the scheme.
Exit Load Details
An exit load will apply in certain cases. A charge of 1% will be levied on redemption within 180 days, but only for units exceeding 10% of the investment.
The remaining units within the specified 10% limit will not attract this exit load under the stated terms.
