
Groww Mutual Fund has opened the New Fund Offer (NFO) for its new schemes tracking the Nifty Midcap 150 Index. The issue opened on October 28, 2025, and will close on November 11, 2025. The minimum investment amount is ₹500, and there is no exit load or lock-in period.
The Groww Nifty Midcap 150 ETF – Growth is an open-ended exchange-traded fund in the equity mid-cap category. The scheme aims to replicate the performance of the Nifty Midcap 150 Index, which includes 150 companies ranked after the top 100 listed firms on the NSE. The fund invests in the same stocks and weightages as the index to track its total returns, subject to tracking errors.
The ETF carries a Very High risk level. It is managed by Aakash Ashokkumar Chauhan under Groww Asset Management Limited, and KFin Technologies Ltd. acts as the registrar and transfer agent.
Groww has also launched the Groww Nifty Midcap 150 Index Fund, which is available in two variants, Direct Plan (Growth) and Regular Plan (Growth). Both are open-ended equity schemes that follow a similar objective of tracking the Nifty Midcap 150 Total Return Index (TRI).
The fund invests in securities forming part of the Nifty Midcap 150 Index, maintaining the same proportion and weightage as the index. The investment objective is long-term capital growth corresponding to the performance of the index, subject to tracking errors. The risk level is also marked as Very High.

The NFOs for both the ETF and Index Fund under Groww Mutual Fund will remain open till November 11, 2025, allowing investors to invest in schemes that track the Nifty Midcap 150 Index.
