DSP Mutual Fund has opened a new open ended fund of funds called the Multi Asset Omni Fund of Funds, designed to simplify investing across equity, debt and commodity oriented schemes for investors who prefer a hands‑off approach.
The scheme invests in a mix of equity‑oriented mutual funds, debt‑oriented mutual funds and gold and silver exchange traded funds.
It can also hold funds and ETFs managed by different asset management companies, providing flexibility to shift exposure as market conditions evolve. The New Fund Offer starts on February 5 and closes on February 19, 2026.
Indicative allocation bands are 25 to 75 % for equity schemes, 15 to 50 % for debt schemes and 10 to 50 % for gold and silver ETFs.
The Scheme Information Document permits final ranges of 25 to 80 % equity, 10 to 60 % debt, 10 to 65 % gold and silver, and 0 to 5 % cash equivalents. During high volatility, the fund may reduce equity exposure to as low as 25%.

The fund uses DSP Netra, an internal market framework that analyses data, valuations and historical trends to assess risk.
DSP Netra is one input only; final portfolio decisions rest with the fund manager. Investors will bear the expense ratio of the fund of funds as well as the expense ratios of the underlying schemes.
The Multi Asset Omni Fund of Funds offers a diversified, dynamically managed portfolio across equity, debt and precious metal ETFs, with allocations adjusted by the fund manager based on market signals.
