AlphaGrep Mutual Fund has launched the AlphaGrep Flexi Cap Fund, an open-ended equity scheme under the flexi cap category. The New Fund Offer (NFO) opened for subscription on 21 July 2026 and will close on 4 August 2026.
After the allotment process is completed, the scheme will reopen for continuous purchase and redemption within the timelines specified under SEBI regulations.
The scheme aims to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity and equity-related instruments. As a flexi cap fund, it can allocate investments across large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap companieswithout any fixed market-cap allocation.
This gives the portfolio the flexibility to adjust exposure based on available opportunities and prevailing market conditions.
The fund is available in both Growth and IDCW (Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal) options. The minimum investment during the NFO is ₹500, making it accessible to a wide range of investors.
There is no lock-in period. However, an exit load of 1% will be charged if units are redeemed within 15 days from the date of allotment. No exit load will apply after this period.
The scheme will be managed by Ravneet Singh. Its performance will be measured against the NIFTY 500 Total Return Index (TRI), which represents companies across different market capitalisations.
According to the Scheme Information Document, the fund has been assigned a 'Very High' risk rating on the Riskometer, reflecting the nature of investments in equity and equity-related securities.
