Invesco Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. has announced the resumption of subscriptions in certain overseas fund of fund schemes.
This decision follows a temporary suspension issued earlier this year, with subscriptions reopening on May 8, 2026.
The schemes affected by this resumption include the Invesco India - Invesco Global Equity Income Fund of Fund, Invesco India - Invesco Pan European Equity Fund of Fund, and Invesco India - Invesco Global Consumer Trends Fund of Fund. These are collectively referred to as the 'Designated Schemes'.
Investors can now engage in lumpsum purchases, switch-ins, and fresh registrations for Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), Systematic Transfer Plans (STPs), and IDCW Transfer Plans in these schemes.
However, these subscriptions will be subject to the headroom available without breaching the overseas investment limits set as of February 1, 2022.
The Asset Management Company (AMC) reserves the right to suspend these subscriptions temporarily if the overseas investments approach the specified limits.
This ensures compliance with the regulatory framework governing overseas investments.
All other terms and conditions outlined in the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of the Designated Schemes remain unchanged.
This notice forms an integral part of these documents, as amended over time.
