The current index composition is approximately 60% Indian REITs and 40% realty stocks. The share of REITs may increase as more trusts are listed and qualify under the index methodology.
The product is classified under the Index Funds category. It is an open ended scheme that will replicate or track the Nifty REITs and Realty Total Return Index.
The NFO will remain open from August 5, 2026 to August 19, 2026. The minimum subscription amount is ₹100, followed by multiples of ₹1. The scheme carries no exit load.
The scheme will be managed by Bharat Lahoti and Manasi Jalgaonkar. Its maximum Base Expense Ratio or Total Expense Ratio is stated as 0.90%.
The risk level of the Edelweiss Nifty REITs and Realty Index Fund is classified as Very High. Its benchmark is the Nifty REITs and Realty Total Return Index.
