Bandhan Mutual Fund Launches Gold and Silver ETF Fund of Funds: NFOs Closes on January 20

Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced the introduction of two new open-ended fund-of-fund schemes, Bandhan Gold ETF FoF and Bandhan Silver ETF FoF, offering investors an opportunity to gain exposure to precious metals through a mutual fund structure.
New Fund Offer Details
The New Fund Offers (NFOs) for both schemes will open on Monday, January 12, 2026, and close on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Investors may subscribe through licensed mutual fund distributors, registered investment advisors, online investment platforms, or directly via the Bandhan Mutual Fund website.
Bandhan Gold ETF FoF
The Bandhan Gold ETF FoF aims to provide investors with long-term capital appreciation by investing in units of Gold ETFs, which in turn invest in physical gold. It is an open-ended fund of fund scheme investing in units of Gold ETFs
This scheme is suitable for investors seeking:
- Long-term capital appreciation
- Exposure to gold through investments in Gold ETFs backed by physical gold
Investment Objective
The scheme seeks to achieve capital appreciation by investing in units of Gold ETFs. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective will be realised.
Bandhan Silver ETF FoF
The Bandhan Silver ETF FoF is designed to offer investors long-term capital growth by investing in units of Silver ETFs that primarily invest in physical silver. It is an open-ended fund of fund scheme investing in units of Silver ETFs
This scheme is suitable for investors seeking:
- Long-term capital appreciation
- Exposure to silver through investments in Silver ETFs backed by physical silver
Investment Objective
The scheme aims to generate capital appreciation through investments in units of Silver ETFs. There is no guarantee that the stated investment objective will be achieved.

About the Fund Manager
Both schemes will be managed by Mr. Abhishek Jain, who brings over 13 years of experience in the equity and investment management space. He is part of the equity fund management team at Bandhan AMC Limited.
Prior to joining Bandhan AMC, Mr. Jain served as a Fund Manager for passive schemes and an equity dealer at Groww Asset Management Co. Limited. He has also worked with Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Co. Limited as an Equity Dealer for quantitative active strategies, and with Acko General Insurance Co. Limited as Deputy General Manager – Investments, overseeing equity dealing activities. Earlier in his career, he was associated with Shriram Asset Management Co. Limited, where he handled equity research across sectors such as IT, telecom, and life insurance.
