Bandhan Mutual Fund launches Sector Leaders Index Fund: NFO opens September 3, 2025

Bandhan Mutual Fund has rolled out the Bandhan BSE India Sector Leaders Index Fund, an open-ended equity scheme. The NFO will be open from September 3 to September 17, 2025.
What Does the Fund Track?
The scheme will follow the BSE India Sector Leaders Index, which selects the top 3 companies by market cap from each of the 21 sectors in the BSE 500 Index. This gives investors exposure to leading players across industries.
Minimum Investment Rules
- NFO Period: Minimum lump sum investment is ₹1,000, and SIPs start at ₹100 with at least 6 instalments.
- Post NFO: Fresh purchases need at least ₹1,000. SIPs start at ₹500, SWP at ₹200, and redemption at ₹500 or account balance, whichever is lower.
Exit Load and Risk Level
If units are redeemed within 15 days of allotment, an exit load of 0.25% will be charged. After 15 days, no exit load is applicable. The scheme carries a very high risk.
Who Should Invest?
This fund is suitable for investors seeking long-term wealth creation through equity investments in sector leaders. However, it is suggested to consult a financial advisor before investing.
