Bajaj Finserv Multi Cap Fund SID Filed With SEBI; Know Scheme’s Objective and Key Features

Introduction
The Bajaj Finserv Large and Mid Cap Fund (BFLMCF) is a dynamic open-ended equity scheme designed to drive long-term wealth creation by strategically investing in both large-cap and mid-cap stocks.
This fund targets investors seeking moderate returns over the long term with a balanced risk profile, aiming to deliver capital appreciation through a diversified portfolio.
Recently, Bajaj Finserv Asset Management filed the draft scheme information document with SEBI, reflecting adherence to regulatory standards and transparency for potential investors.
Objective
The scheme seeks to provide capital appreciation over the long term, targeting both growth-oriented and stable blue-chip stocks as well as potential growth stocks in the mid-cap sector.
However, investors should be aware that the fund may not perfectly replicate the index return, as tracking errors could occur.
Fund Manager
The Bajaj Finserv Multi Cap Fund is expertly managed by Mr. Nimesh Chandan, who has over 23 years of experience in the Indian capital markets, and Mr. Sorbh Gupta, with 16 years of industry expertise. Together, they manage a diverse range of funds, including the Bajaj Finserv Liquid Fund, Bajaj Finserv Overnight Fund, and Bajaj Finserv Flexi Cap Fund.
Asset Allocation
The fund allocates between 35% to 65% of its assets to equity and equity-related instruments of large and mid-cap companies.
A portion of the fund, ranging from 0% to 30%, is also invested in debt instruments, money market instruments, and mutual fund units. Furthermore, the fund can allocate up to 10% in units issued by REITs and InvITs.
Load Structure
Bajaj Finserv’s mutual fund scheme does not charge any entry load. For exit load, if units are redeemed or switched out within 6 months from the allotment date, no load is applied to the first 10% of units redeemed.
However, a 1% exit load applies to any redemption or switch-out exceeding 10%. If units are redeemed or switched after 6 months, no exit load is applicable. The fund retains the right to modify the exit load structure, and investors should confirm the current charges before making an investment.
