VST Tillers Tractors Dividend Record Date on Sep 3: Declared Final Dividend of ₹20

VST Tillers Tractors Ltd has set Sep 2, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. The dividend will be paid on or after September 10, 2025. 

VST Tillers Tractors Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 20/- per share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2024-25 and the same will be paid on or after September 10, 2025, if approved by the members at 57th AGM. The Dividend, if declared, shall be payable to all those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members or the beneficial owners as per the records of depositories, as at the closing of business hours on September 03, 2025.”

As VST Tillers Tractors has set Sep 3 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that Sep 2, marks the last day to buy VST Tillers Tractors shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after Sep 3 (record date), won't be eligible for the final dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.

VST Tillers Tractors Aug 2025 Sales Highlights

During the current period of August 2025, VST Tillers Tractors sold a total of 4,100 Power Tillers and 399 Tractors, bringing the year-to-date sales figures to 21,827 and 2,098 units, respectively. In comparison, during August 2024, Power Tiller sales stood at 4,022 units while Tractor sales were 394 units, with year-to-date figures at 15,215 and 2,126, respectively.

Overall, combined sales of Power Tillers and Tractors amounted to 4,499 units in August 2025, compared to 4,416 units in August 2024. The cumulative year-to-date sales reached 23,925 units in 2025, reflecting a significant increase from 17,341 units in the corresponding period of the previous year.
